Hogen Adams is pleased to welcome Rebekah Salguero as a member of the firm. Rebekah is an experienced tribal attorney who serves as outside general counsel to the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and its Gaming Authority. She serves as lead counsel for a proposed billion-dollar resort casino project and the construction of a $12 million tribal housing project financed by low-income housing tax credits. She is a skilled negotiator who has lobbied for clients at the local, state, and federal levels, and she has experience in land matters, environmental law, tribal operations, gaming, and economic development.
Rebekah is licensed in Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, and the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Courts. She is of Guatemalan descent and is fluent in Spanish. Rebekah’s office is in Lafayette, Colorado.
