Minnesota Lawyer has named associate Peter Rademacher to its “Attorneys of the Year” list for 2018. Peter is among 31 honorees that were nominated and selected by an outside panel of legal professionals based on the following criteria: leadership in the profession, involvement in major cases, other newsworthy events, excellence in corporate or transactional services, and public service. The panel selected Peter for his work with the Minnesota Tribal Court/State Court Forum to amend Rule 10 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, which governs the state court process for recognizing tribal court orders and judgments. The amendment will help improve the administration of justice in state courts. Peter is grateful to have worked with a team of distinguished judges from tribal and state courts throughout Minnesota on this worthy effort and wishes to thank the team for helping to make their victory possible.
