Governor Evers et al. (W.D. Wisc., Case No. 18-CV-0992; 2018 – present). Representing the tribes in action to stop the unlawful taxation of fee lands owned by the tribes and individual tribal members within the exterior boundaries of their respective reservations as protected by the 1854 Treaty with the Chippewa.
